From Sognsvann to Vettakollen: Stunning view of Oslo

Description: This hike starts from the peaceful shores of Sognsvann Lake and follows a forest trail to the viewpoint at Vettakollen. From the summit, a contemplative pause allows you to admire the panoramic view of the city of Oslo and the fjord

The route then continues to a DNT cabin (Den Norske Turistforening), before resuming the trail through the forest. The arrival is at the Frognerseteren metro station.

This hike is ideally scheduled in the afternoon to enjoy the sunset
